My eBay account was disabled and all listings and seller activity was removed allegedly due to suspicious activity. It's now reinstated, and I have to relist my items. On April 22, 2020, a buyer purchased a $10.00 item from me. I purchased a shipping label from Paypal, and sent the buyer the tracking information on Friday, April 24, 2020 at approximately 2:30 pm. It's scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
Later on the evening of April 24, 2020, I received several emails from eBay, one informing me that the buyer's money was refunded. I want the issue noted in my Paypal account because I either want the money back or the product. I'm waiting for a rep to join me in the message center. However, Paypal states that the wait will be hours. I don't see an option to contact Paypal via email. Is there one available?
