My account access is temporarily limited More than 30 Days !!!!!!!

hey my name is khadija  a im seller on ebay  .

after i got some sale on ebay , Paypal limit my account and they ask me for some documents

well i submit evrything and evryday i send him message to review the account  but  always i got the same message  lying that i need to wait 72 hours for review ,now more than 30 days and no answer from him

any solution please !!!!!!!!
