After 4 years owning p.c. they decided that because I couldn't verify I owned it with a phone # gone 2 years.they would LOCK me out. FYI, DO NOT,throw anything away.They wanted passwords from that far back also.I had P.C. cleaned out and some of the installations where free,like Microsoft.Go Figure.Good to be back.
