Manager support?

How do you get a manager to help? The rep I got was not knowledgeable and transferred me to a hold that I hung up after 20 min.

I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Customer Service over the phone. If you would like to speak to a manager, you will have to give us a call and request that, I am afraid.
