I ordered a product using Paypal to pay. After I contacted the seller the next day to cancel, they refused stating that they had already shipped the item. I contacted Paypal to file a dispute and they said, "The outcome of the case was not in your favor." With no explanation.
Since that time, they will not allow me to file a dispute for non-delivery and I can find no information on how to contact PayPal to plead my case.
I have used Paypal for decades and I'm disgusted with the lack of response and lack of communications options.
April 17th
My parcel is NOT "in transit". It hasn't even gotten to the beginning shipping point. "Origin post is PREPARING shipment->We have received NOTICE that the originating post is PREPARING to dispatch this mail piece"
It has not moved. The order was made February 25th and nothing has been shipped.
This has not moved in 52 says, almost two full months.
