Strange situation, but we received an email saying we made a purchase through paypal, the money came out of our account. But here's the issue, the email address it was sent to we don't use PayPal with and didn't know the account was ever made. When we try to retrieve the password it's asking to call us ( our home number we got rid of 7 years ago) or asking to verify a credit card # that clearly is expired on our end. So at one point, I'm guessing at least 8-10 years ago we had this account. I Tried calling the toll free # but due to covid there is nobody there to take the call. Any other ideas?
