Do not use paypal daily and usually only with ebay.
To login for a purchase, have to try to enter my name while being bombarded with find the "item" challenge(s) and then required to get a text message with a code. takes longer to login paypal than to login into ebay and to find item I wish to buy.
Not that friendly now days and might go back to direct credit card payment.
Note: I use latest FireFox browser with all things locked or secure. Also, use wifi hotspot for connectivity
