Live customer service?

Is there a phone number that can be used to speak to a live customer service person? I have tried everything to resolve a problem and need to speak to someone for assistance? HELP

Get through the phone tree to get to the reason for your call and you will be directed to the next available agent. Others have been able to get an agent, from multiple calls even, no idea why you couldn't get one.

Finally got through by just saying “customer service representative” during the tell us what you need recordings! Then they solved my unique problem quickly. Very satisfied!

[removed] from PayPal's lazy customer service department. They have completely shut down to maximize profits and are using the coronavirus as an excuse.
