Supposedly my account has a limitation, however it’s not showing up in my resolutions so I don’t know how to fix it. I have money on my account and need access to it, PayPal customer service isn’t available via online chat, and definitely not available via phone bc of “business” hours or whatever. Is there a way for me to withdraw this money or not?
