Good afternoon community. I need some assistance with a seller. I legitimately won an auction for a YSL clutch - auction #
293944550661, after winning I immediately paid via PayPal only to receive 2 messages from the seller that they were new to eBay and couldn't let the bag go for what I won it at. The next day the seller refunded my auction for "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged". The items isn't out of stock they just don't want to have to follow through with the ethics of selling. I would like for the seller to be notified that this is NOT acceptable and eBay to do whatever they do in these cases. Can someone advise on how or where I can route this request to since there is no longer a phone number to call? Thank you for your help 😀
