My question is ,has anyone had a recent experience with business loan underwriting at loanbuilder in which you was pre approved for a loan amount,(3 times higher than you ask for) got to the loanbuilder portal to upload some needed forms ie bank statements. in the meantime the phone rings a funding rep is calling to greet you and ask again what kind of business do you have? ( a question that was asked in the online application twice) you tell her it's a trucking business, and she say oh where not making loans in that industry at all rightnow. Really no transportation loans at all period?? Has anyone else had this experience. thank you in advance
