Increasingly frustrated

I have contacted PayPal twice now and on both occasions I have been told I'll have a reply within 24 hours... but haven't (and yes, I've checked my junk mail).

Is this the normal way PayPal treats its customers????

If we can't help you then >>>

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

And what if I'm not available to make calls during their limited opening hours?
PayPal's just damn rue and unprofessional to pretend they'll reply to civil and polite questions... and then not bother doing so.

Anyone who's not a PayPal apologist got anything practical to say????
