Hi, this is my first time experiencing a problem here, firstly the purchase I did, the bill was duplicated. After the charges on my card, my former account with Deutsche Bank was also charged, unfortunately no credit, but PayPal keeps writing me to balance up, to the tone of same amount that was charged on my Íslandsbanki.is card. Again the seller up till this moment has not sent me the item or information about the package. I need help.
