I've tried the phone number, facebook, and twiitter and cannot get any help!

I have serious issues with my PayPal account that is severely affecting my business.

I need to talk to someone, but I cannot get though by phone, or anys ocial media. Noone reponds. The phone system won't let me in.

Somebody please help me!
