I'm purchasing for Newfrog and I'm not sure if this company is safe or not

I surf the internet and found Newfrog is selling 5d Diamond Paintings, they are really beautiful and I'm about to buy about 20 sets for my friends.

Luckily it accepts payments from Paypal.

Though Paypal is safe in purchasing, it's still a big money to my credit card and I can't buy other things for a period for purchasing the paintings.

So I want to make sure if Newfrog is reliable. Will they ship my products on time?
