I got ignored by Paypal , problem not solved also

Hello everyone, so i am literally confused. I dont know what to do. So decided to ask help here. 

My account have lifting problem. This starded in October. I answered to all questions , i always responded.

Whenever i clikc on resolve. I got every "confirmed " (with green check symbols) .  I writed to Facebook paypal.  The guy answered me , asked for my mail. And then i didint received any response.   I also sent message to Center few times. Still nothing

My acount have some money in it. I really need to use it . I cant get any information .

I would never trust paypal again.
