I changed My Business name to Personal Name, is it going to affect me when limitations occur

Greetings !!

I am a freelancer located in eBay. I have a pay pal business account that is already linked to the eBay. I still haven't got any limitations. Recently I changed my Business name to personal name so if limitations ever happen to me,

 1. Can I remove limitations from my Pay pal just using my ID

 2. If I can't what are my options.
