So its a long story but at this stage, basically they have cancelled my account (even though I have an email stating that my account was limited but I had till the 24th of november to fix whaever was causing the limitations) I received an email stating that I could simply transfer my funds to my bank account however everytime I try it says I have to try with a smaller amount. I have even tried to do it with 1 euro and that message keeps popping up, does anyone know how to contact paypal from europe because at this stage it just really feels like I am being sccamed .
