How to send message to seller through paypal interface?

Hello! I need help because i want to send message about my purchase before opening the dispute but cannot find where i can do this through paypal interface. Thank you.

That is not possible. You can email seller via their PayPal email address on the transaction details. Otherwise, you must open a dispute to start a dialogue with seller through PayPal system.
