How to add netspend Card on Paypal Accounts

I have 2 paypal account my sole personal one and a joint one with my boyfriend that i created with all my info on it . i send money from my sole account to our joint account using my temporary netspend tax refund debit card . the intial transaction went through no problem now i have a remaining balance of one hundred sixty nine dollars in our joint that i cant transfer ! I send my state i.d photo in online so how can i get my money back ???! Im in a life and death emergebcy and need the money NOW!

1. Login to Paypal Account
2. Click on Wallet Option
3. Click on add Debit/Credit Card
4. Add your card details
5. Save
