How to I check the Shutl account

How do I check the Shutl account. I thought it was only the postage but January (7 sales all small) came to £27.80. twice as much as December which had a lot more sales.  The December account came through on 28th  December. Are they perhaps a month in areas? Are other pay pal services included. I am not saying this wrong but I would like to check it. other companies say what they have sold you if they send a bill.

HAVE SOLVED IT  Found email address to Shutl and they gave me this link 

https://shipping.shutl.com/invoices and it turned out that they invoices are in arears  the invoice was for1Dec to 31st Dec to bepaid 31 January + 20% VAT which is probably why it is difficult as ot probably wipes out the 'saving' advertised  . Hope this helps 'me too'
