How many agents should touch my account for a single support ticket?

RIght now I'm up to agent number thirteen. I've requested a file of the transcript be emailed to the address linked to my account, and I'm told that it can't be done because, get this, security reasons. AGENT NUMBER 13 WILL NOT EMAIL ME A TRANSCRIPT OF MY SUPPORT TICKET FOR SECURITY REASONS.

What a joke. I'm getting that file, and I'm closing my account. I don't care about this COVID-19 protocol. There is no acceptable reason to pass my account through 13 agents on a single ticket. The first five agents all happened withing the first 25 minutes of opening the ticket. A new agent for each response. I got seven additional agents AFTER I brought up my concerns about the number of eyes on my personal information. Khei is the only agent to not pass the buck so far, but refuse to give me a transcript.
