At my request, I just received a full refund before the seller even had a chance to mail my package. I'd misread the size of a pair of glass lamp shades, hers would have been too small for the shade holders. I wrote the seller who wrote back immediately shortly after the auction ended last night. This morning I wrote again saying I'd measured yet again and nope, they would be too small, would it be possible to cancel the sale? The seller responded immediately by cancelling the sale. How nice was that? I was delighted. So without a completed sale, how does one rate this seller five stars? Ebay's FAQ help doesn't address this.
