How does a person see these specifics of user agreement changes: Amendments to the PayPal Alternative Payment Methods Agreement Effective: September 21, **** We are revising the Agreement to prohibit acceptance of payments for certain goods and services. So what does this actually mean? What is the actual change.
When you visit /Legal and then /Policy Updates it just says they are making a change - there is no explanation.
