I have been using paypal over a year now and I like it very much. I use it for almost all my buying and selling with Ebay or online and I pay my bills always on time. Sometimes I have problems with merchandise I have ordered and I really appreciate the dispute feature when I don't get the quality that I pay for. Recently paypal sent me an email expressing that I had been having many returns and warned me that I may lose certain privileges. I was offended because there are many merchants out there that sell products that do not do what they say they do.... Has anyone else had this certain problem? Also the message center does not work in my account so there is no way I can review the messages that I sent or are sent to my account. Please add comments, thank you.
