Has anyone else had PayPal steal their money? Paypal stole money from a 15 year old.

I created a Paypal account to sell my extra (used) computer on ebay. 

 

I sold a computer part and shipped it out.  Then paypal sends me a notice that I violated their acceptable use policy and confiscates both the money the person sent me and my MOM's money she put in the account to help me ship it!!!

 

How do I get the money back that Paypal stole?

 

You stole from a 15 year old kid!
