I had a customer pay.me for a vacation rental they checked in stayed the night the did not check out and is wanting a refund because it was not up to their standards. The customer has made threats everytime they request the money back like they know were I live and even told me my daughters name. How do I block them or get help from PayPal. I have already used the funds to cover cleaning cost after their checkout date. I have proof of their check in date and time when the signed for the rental.. any help will be appreciated. With me owning a business I dont want ot to effect my PayPal business. Thanks in advance
