I googled the above topic. Impressive. There is an email address, and also a web page called Ripoff Report. It looks like the page is ran by donations. I had no luck trying ecommerce.org, but now that I think about it, I might have put .gov??
I'm hoping with enough complaints and reversal of charges, they will get the idea??!!
