In the Rules and Guidelines thread, there's Excessive thread "bumping" as not allowed. Is it ANYTHING that sorta looks like a bump? Or what is the definition of excessive?
For example, my new thread I added a reply to it with (paraphrased) "Any PayPal employee want to respond", and had that individual post (but not the thread, as far as I see) removed. This seems odd and weird based on the "excessive" portion of the statement and experience on other forums.
