I want to give a heart felt thanks to rep Sandy 1673124. After fighting for over 2 months to get back 1049.00 of my hard earned money, that should have been cut and dried case, that was mishandled and my case denied by other reps. Sandy looked at it with an educated view and quickly straightened it out in my favor. I cant Thank Sandy enough for her professional and courteous help in this matter. give this woman a raise!!!!!
