I would like to thank the Supervisor Sidney for her great customer service. She went above and beyond to help me and get my issue solved. I was beginning to get overwhelmed and was sent this angel that helped to get it all figured out after dealing with the issue for two weeks and going through so many agents and two other supervisors. I will say they were all nice but the effort she put forth to get my issue taking care of was like no other. I really appreciate her and just want everyone to know that PayPal got a jewel when they hired her. Thanks again Sidney and I’ll never be able to thank you enough for what you done for me.
