Frustrated Buyer

I placed an order and never received it. I went ahead and messaged the seller, and did not receive a response.  I went to the message center and they sent me a message which I can't receive, because the window that opens shows error.  I am getting extremely frustrated at not managing to resolve this situation.   Plus  paypal's robotic message center, answered my query but I am unable to access it because the page that opens says error.   Any help would be much appreciated.

Also register your account for PayPal return shipping refund program prior reporting this transaction, because you never know and you want to make sure your return is eligible should this transaction comest to that:

Then open a dispute:

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem”. 
  3. Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.
