Hi I have sold a phone and the buyer said he has paid money in my paypal account which is not showing I have had emails saying it has but it is in my junk mail how long does it take to show in your account

I hope you are doing well. There are possible reasons that the money is not showing on your paypal account. If the buyer send it via your email address or phone number , please ensure that both information is confirmed. Once you are done confirming those information, the payment should be showing on your paypal balance.
