Hi Dear
Can any one help me to explain Paypal required me to provide form W-8BEN-E,
Our account and company in Hong Kong and i never see this kind of form here to required in Hong Kong.
And the issue why we have this from Paypal because we list product on eBay and by mistake my employee write in description Harley Davidson name and harly make suit against us and paypal send us notice this kind of , and account limitation and hold our amount too.
Please any good advice what should we need to do awaiting for your kind reply.
