Hi I use hermes a lot for posting heavy kitchen appliances blenders etc and it's always been easy to find the customers email address to put on the information when sending with hermes or even sending money as a refund when I have combined posting but now I cannot seem to access this information
I do not want to use PayPal print label service it's far to expensive and I don't want to advertise things cheaper so they sell and not have a big price due to paying an extra £1.10 on a medium parcel for instance
Any suggestions would be great thanks for reading this
