I’ve been using packlink to deliver items as eBay hold all my funds. Item says delivered buyer opened case. Item says delivered signature. E bay refunds buyer and says contact packlink(impossible). E bay is now a money holding scam, I won’t be using again I think it needs closing down personally. Don’t send items as you may not get the money.
