I am new to paypal and i'm expecting 2 bulk payments ($6500). However both sender said that I need to purchase a $50 amazon gift card for them to complete the transaction. One of them sent a screenshot. Is this true or a scam?
Also, I have 0 balance on my paypal. Do I atleast need to have a paypal balance to be able to receive transactions?
