I need help as to how to respond to a dispute response from a company I purchased some things from

I hope all is well.
You can typically respond to an dispute via resolution center.
You just have to log in to your PayPal account and click on resolution center to locate your case.
I would also recommend to send an email to us via the "Help & Contact" link with the information and request that you want it added to your case. Be sure to add your case ID in your email.
