Dispute claim for item that I paid and not received
So I opened a dispute on a case where I bought this 71$ cad item in Germany. He used a shipping company called Deutch Post Brief International, and gave me a tracking number. Expected date was 31 March 2020 but still as not received and waited 2 more week due to corona but no sign. Check the track and it still say’s transit, so I assume it would be lost parcel. Then I got a message from PayPal saying that I should have gotten it?
