Didn’t receive payments from online store

Hi everyone, I recently set up an online business and I’ve had purchases made through PayPal but when I check my paypal purchases, orders, and activities, it’s says 0 on everything. On my online store, It shows multiple payments that have been completed and fulfilled but it doesn’t show on my paypal. Can anyone give any insight with this?
