Didn't receive money from Employer

Hi everyone,

I am working from home as a Virtual Assistant in a small company in California. My work ended 2 weeks and was supposed to receive my last pay but my previous employer is just ignoring my messages on Skype. I even created and sent him an invoice and sent reminders about my last pay but no reply. Do you know how to go by reporting this person and possibly get my last pay?

You can't force someone to pay you and paypal can't force them either.

However you can report them for any violations of policy via a link in paypals acceptable use policy.
