Hello, ive recently been scammed by a buyer on ebay and ive tried calling paypal customer service to make sure my account info was fine. However, i was not able to speak with anyone since there was this huge waiting line. This morning, I received a text message that says “HELLO THIS IS KATE FROM PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER”. Is this real? Can they even text me out of nowhere? Please let me know
