One of two things really bad or super bad, why 1. they pick up and answer you, say they got you and hope it makes you go away or 2. ignores you and avoid you after they failed to help you. I feel bad for the ones that do try to help legitimately but, I can't even take their word for anything cause they still sided with people that would scam others.
