Contacting a customer when their email from the receipt doesn't work?

Hello there.  I had a customer order one of the items in my store.  (transaction through PayPal of course)  I went to email them their tracking link and received a failed delivery notice.  I tried to send the email again, same thing.  Does anyone know how I can contact a customer when the email provided in the PayPal receipt doesn't work?
