I received a message from Paypal saying an bank account was authorized for transactions which I do not recognize. I emailed PayPal and received a message back but I am unable to open the message in my inbox. Every attempt to do so gives me the same message...'my message will be able to be accessed for 90 days'. I tried phoning but the number I was given to phone was incorrect and gave me the Thai water company...I am completely unable to contact anyone at PayPal...am I doing something wrong? Roy
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
