I'm trying to find out if I can follow someone on here and if they ard if they can follow me

They can click on your forum name and see  what posts/replies you have posted but that is about it.

It's okay don't worry about it.. it's just frustrating me. I want to talk to someone on here and I don't know how

If you want to talk to someone then you can click on the message icon top right of page > put in their forum username and send them a message.

However not all forum members have set up their forum account to allow contact by other members or has that option blocked, but by all means try it and see if you get through to them?
