How do I send an email to paypal pse ? It say contact us but then I just get a dropbox of questions and answers and I have my own question .. anyone can guide me pse ?
On that dropbox of question page, just scroll down to the bottom, past the questions. They just want you to see if you can find your answer to your question or problem there first, before emailing or calling.
