Contact email for Paypal

Does anyone know the e-mail please for Paypal.  I have gone into the contact us page and it says 'message us; but it says I may have to wait up to an hour for a customer support person.  I have asked them to ring my home phone but it is a blocking phone so they cannot get through, so am at a loss.  The best thing would be to e-mail them.  Thanks in advance.

Message/email the same and can take 2-3 days for a response and sometimes that is generic only.

Try this if you think we can't help..........

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
