It is absolutely infuriating. I am currently undergoing a claim dispute and there is no one that I can contact or reach out to as their customer service is closed down. Then the message center keeps logging me out when I inquire about my claim. PayPal is not allowing me to view my initial complaint or reach any type of resolution with these unauthorized charges. I would like to know how I can contact someone in the claims department to get this situation handled as it is a significant amount of money that has been withdrawn from my account.
