I would like to close my account. There was a fraudulent transaction that I was able to stop but it still says “ pending” on my account ( it’s been a month”. When I try to initiate the account cancellation it says “ you still have a pending transaction and can not close account “. PayPal has been no help. Bunch of automated idiots, what do I do?
